Bill did a great job for us. When I called to schedule an appointment, he was professional and clear on all the charges and asked all the right questions about number of locks, types of locks, number of keys we needed, etc. (we had our house re-keyed). When he gave us an appointment time, he was there on-the-dot. THAT was amazing. We also didn't have the key for one of our locks and he was still able to help us out.
